Great location in the center of the Queenstown. With views to the Wakatipu Lake. Very good service from the staff. It is an expensive accommodation especially during the Christmas and New year's festivities. The hotel's restaurant food needs improvement, especially the pizzas. Overall, a very good experience.

Service and lobby and restaurant are all fantastic. Views from lake view rooms are spectacular. Rooms are good - need a refresh but not overly detractive from all the other fantastic aspects! We will be back. Great time and stay.

We liked the location, walking distance to the town centre, the room was nice and quiet. With my job I travel around the South Island and stay in many Motels, we felt this was not value for money, overpriced for what we got.

The Crown Plaza is situated perfectly, located opposite Lake Wakatipu and on the lower end of the shopping and dining precinct. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room had a balcony and incredible view of Queenstown. The beds were comfy and we took advantage of the pillow options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first trip to Queenstown and The Crowne Plaza was the best location. The hotel is toasty warm on a cold day & the staff are extremely welcoming. We had booked lake view room & our views over Lake Wakatipu & Queenstown were premium. We had the best time and already planning to come back again Thank you!
