The apartment was large, new and perfect for our 1 night stay. It would make a great base for a ski holiday as it had plenty of room and a good well equipped kitchen. Parking onsite is limited, but there is plenty of overnight parking at a pay carpark about 100 metres away. Bus into Queenstown comes regularly. We walked about 200 metres to the Remarkables shopping precinct and found a lovely Thai restaurant.

Enjoyable stay
Overall a very positive experience and enjoyed our 9-night stay. The after hour self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you might need, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness across the board. The kitchen was well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though I did notice that a pair of scissors was missing, which would have been handy. The only minor downside was the inconsistency in the bed-making service. On the 13th and 14th, the bed was made perfectly, but on the 15th and 17th, the standard slipped a bit, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I’d still recommend Quest for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay.

Best to pay the next grade up if you staying more than a few days. Upgrade included dishwasher, combine washing machine/dryer and a coffee machine. The microwave was a combi oven. Lovely and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the housekeeper forgot to hoover under the sink unit. When I dropped something and it rolled underneath the counter. It was thick of fluff and dust!! I really like company Quest. We stayed at one at Lake Taupō.

The hotel is new and stylish. We had a one bedroom and it is spacious with kitchen and laundry. View was great facing the Remarkables mountain range. The property is close to the airport and not far from Queenstown.

Great Hotel near the airport
Awesome hotel located only a few minutes from Queenstown airport. Walking distance from local restaurants, cafes and bars. The fastest check-in I have ever experienced also. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
