The staff are absolutely amazing. They will accommodate you as much as they can. All of them are very friendly and respectful. The food was a hit or miss. More misses than hits but there were plenty of options. I would recommend to put a bite size portion of anything that looks appetizing before loading your plate

Fairly basic for a resort-everyone was nice. Food was so/so 5th Ave cool prime real estate as resort is steps away. I like my privacy and prefer my room isn’t cleaned for short 3 day stays. I put the DND sign on my door and day 2 of my trip there was an incident where security came into my room to see if I was safe or nothing crazy was going on. They said the knocked but I was on my balcony and didn’t hear. Needless to say it was innocent but didn’t make me feel very comfortable. Really put a damper on my stay.

My only complaint would be that there's no smoking anywhere on the resort, and alot of the exterior access is gated off, so you may have to walk 400 meters for a dart, rather than 50, if gates were open.

The restaurants and bars all closed at 11pm and you had to have your reservation in for the day before 5pm. Smaller pool and hot tub closed at 5pm and big pool closed at 8pm. No one wants to get in a hot tub in Mexico while the sun is up. For an adults only all inclusive they should have options open later then 11pm. We didn’t get back to our room until 11:30pm one night due to an excursion and we were starving. We couldn’t get anything to drink or even a snack as there are no vending machines on the property either. Other than that everything was great!

We really have no complaints about the property. Check in/out was smooth and staff was very helpful. It was in walking distance to 5th avenue and the ferry which is why we chose this resort in the first place. Mexican and Italian restaurant were both very good. We ate at the buffet every morning. We only did one excursion but we did book it through the resort. We will definitely return!

A nice girlfriend getaway. Pools were lovely, food was great, and staff was very welcoming. Beach is very limited. We couldn't get a reservation at any of the nice restaurants our first night, which was a bummer.

I had a very peaceful escape. We had the oceanfront one bedroom, it was amazing! The three balconies were great with the exception of the bugs. I know there are bugs outside, but they also came inside. We made at least three requests for someone to do something, but they only cleaned the room. We had to go to Walmart and buy spray. We sprayed a little inside and on the outside of the balcony doors. No more bugs! That’s all we wanted the resort to do.
