Sadly I had to stay at this hotel under sad circumstances as my father had taken ill in Inverness. The staff at the hotel were phenomenally kind. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The room was beautiful and spacious. The fantastically kind lady in reception went above and beyondā€¦ even brought me a cafetiĆØre of fresh coffee when our in room cafeteria was found to be broken. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Arrived early only to get rude reception. Finally in room which was very noisy and HVAC was not working along with broken bath fixtures etc. Not a quality place
