Property has potential but it's lack of cleaning and maintenance let's it down. This accommodation seems to be mostly shift workers short term stays with some residential, not for holidays. We tried to modify stay by moving back one day, Pacific Sands said no problem but we had to get Wotif to put it through. Wotif then made a big deal about it and claimed Pacific Sands would not respond so we either lost a nights stay or had to pay a large fee for the change. Upon arrival the reception at Pacific Sands had received nothing from Wotif and happily moved our dates by one day. A big thank you to the reception for doing that. We haven't used Wotif for some time and won't be using them again

"The 2 bedroom apartment was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer to use as well. Well equipped kitchen. Coles and the other shops was over the road. Easy 1 min walk. Overall highly recommend. We would stay again."
