The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, as did the evening meal, unfortunately some of the foods in the bay marie were cold. The room was clean and beds comfortable but the bathroom sink wasnt the cleanest and a non slip rubber mat for the shower was black around the edges and should of been binned long ago. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Our 1st room was terrible. Toilet seat broken, somebodies half bottle of water still in fridge, air con not working properly, room hot and stuffy. Although they changed our room, which had a better view, the air con could not cool the room. By the second night, we had enough and tried to ring reception 10 times with no answer. Had to go to reception to get someone to look at a/c, they did and he said it needs servicing. We asked for a fan so we could sleep cause we where flying out in the morning. Better but still inconvenient.

Very courteous staff. Nice spacious rooms with plenty of amenities including toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Pool and deck clean with sun shade, and food can be ordered to the pool side from the restaurant, which puts on lovely food either a buffet or a la carte. Shopping centres and Chinatown on the doorstep with MRT. Accessible via footbridges from the hotel lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Had little ants/ bugs in room Safe wouldn't lock TV needed to be rebooted to work Phone to reception didnt work Toilet flush spasmodically kept running Door csrds weren't programmed properly and needed to be redone. Will not recommend this hotel in the future and Wotif need to reassess the rooms they are offering.

Extremely poor is one polite way of describing this hotel and I wouldn’t even give it a 1 Star rating. The age of the room fittings, old dirty carpet, stained bed, electrical power socket hanging off the wall, cracked tiles in the bathroom and much more bring me to the conclusion it should close immediately and do an extensive deep clean and refurbishment as you don’t represent Singapore’s high standards and values

Decent hotel in a decent area with good breakfast for a reasonable price. It’s not really very near any tourist area but not far either and the metro and taxis are great. Hotel is a bit dated but fine and not too expensive

Hotel is located close to the mrt line and other food centres. It is unfortunately very dated in the rooms and the bathrooms were not very nice. The saving grace of the hotel is the staff who are extremely helpful and courteous Would not recommend for prolong family trips

Great place to stay. So close to lots that Singapore has to offer. 200mt from Chinatown mrt and Clarke quay mrt. We had an executive room with access to the lounge. Well worth paying the little bit extra. The included breakfast was very extensive. Good range of hot and cold foods. Happily stay here on our next trip to Singapore. Only minus were the hallway carpet was looking worn.

We stayed for a week and was given a great view room. Facility were good and quiet. Only downside was we have booked another room for our guest but occasional there is cigarette smell coming through the air cond！

The best part about this hotel is its proximity to Chinatown and the MRT. The rooms itself, however, are very dated and were not clean. My friend and I booked a non-smoking room, yet we smelled smoke in our bathroom all 3 days that we stayed there. When we brought it up to the front desk, they sent a housekeeper with Febreeze and that was all -- and the smell did not go away. Additionally the room was quite dirty (dust all around, mould in the bathroom). Perhaps other rooms were better but we were elss than satisfied with ours.

Every time we came to our floor (floor 9) it smelled like smoke. We called reception and let them know about the smoke smell but it was the same the following days we stayed. Our initial room felt dirty - stained chair and old water still in the pitcher and we asked for a new room. The new room still felt run down and with stains again on the chair and the carpet was sticky. The pictures on the website are misleading. The hallways appear run down and the carpet looks dirty. I do not recommend this hotel. A positive thing I can say is that the staff is friendly.
