A wonderful stay at Grand Park City Hall. I had access to the Club Lounge and couldn’t be any more thankful for the wonderful experience/ service by Gladys and her team. Fantastic location with many local attractions and easy access to public transport. Will visit again!

Here's my post on Google Review: What is good? Grand Park City Hall is the best value for money in this locale. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 2 nights. The room is slightly larger than most newer hotels, which charge at least $100 more without breakfast. My comes with breakfast, which has a sumptuous spread given such a small dining area. As I am a Singaporean, I of course know my way around. The National Gallery, Marina Bay, Merlion Lion Park, and Suntec are all accessible, making it even more convenient with the underground link. It is unfortunate that the hotel is not linked to the underpass network. Perhaps if the owner could explore that with URA/ LTA, the City Hall Mall would be more appealing. Its also rather unfortunate that the commercial portion is largely vacant since the last revamp. I read some of the comments related to the 1/5 post. Most seem to relate to service quality. At times, if we ask nicely ourselves, we could be treated better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Park City Hall and was thoroughly impressed. The location is exceptional—perfectly situated with numerous attractions and activities nearby, and it’s highly accessible via public transportation. The staff truly stand out for their warm and attentive service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide selection to cater to various tastes. This is not a 5 star hotel, 3.5 at best. The rooms were musty, the bathrooms all had mould, there was no 24hr room service, room service began at 1130 to 2130hrs and the menu was tiny. I envisioned sipping cocktails by the pool but the drinks list was pitiful. There was a particularly unfriendly reception staff who checked me in. Since I stayed for 19 days, I was asked to put a $100 daily downpayment in addition to fully paying for the room months in advance. If i could not afford to stay in a hotel for the entirety, i would not be staying in a 5 star hotel. After paying the downpayment, it mysteriously disappeared from my statement. The rooms had this awful musty old smell to it, which was what I was trying to avoid when i booked this. It said it was newly refurbished, it didn't smell or look so. The saving grace were the bell boys and the room attendances. They were lovely especially Ismail and Sophie and Ainu from reception. I would not be going back to this hotel and i dont recommend it. Better off booking somewhere else.

Excellent location and large room. The only negative is the lack of a coffee machine. However the coffee pouches were good, but why offer very sweet Coffeemate instead of milk when there is also sugar packets. A lot of people do not use sugar in their coffee. The pillow cases are too small for the size of the pillows making them very thick and hard.
