It is located in a very handy position in Singapore. Very close by to everything, every suburb. It is quiet and the facilities are very comprehensive. This is our second time stay, and great work as usual by the staff.

My partner and I both stayed at the Oasis downtown Hotel at the end of November. We booked a deluxe room, which had us staying on the 16th floor, overlooking the 12th floor lobby / seating area. On our first night we were greeted by Nuratirah. It was our first time in Singapore and she very helpfully gave us a city map and took us through what was good to do / go and see. Her recommendations were all spot on and really helpful. She genuinely seemed invested in making sure we had a good time! Throughout our stay, every time she saw us, she checked on us and what we were up to. This was a very nice personal touch, she is a true asset to the hotel. What we liked: - The building, once you arrive it is a striking building. - The location, situated a few minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station, this was a perfect spot to easily get around the city. This line goes to the airport, with only one small interchange (same platform) at Tanah Merah. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of the marina and Lau Pa Sat hawker centre. - Comfy room, the bed was nice , big and comfortable. Rooms were quiet and the windows fully blacked out when the curtains were closed. - Fresh filtered water via a machine in the 12th floor lobby area.Glass bottles are provided in the room to What could have been improved: - Lack of storage space in the room. - Bar only available on first floor - Window between bedroom and bathroom

Room was quite tired looking with light switches & fittings looking quite battered. Left our luggage with concierge on check out day expecting it to be put in a safe room. It is left by the front door in the lobby. Came back 6 hours later to head to airport and just helped ourselves to our bags, we weren’t challenged by the concierge staff or asked for our baggage receipt. Probably won’t stay here next time we visit Singapore, there’s better options for the same money…

Too short to see it all!
We chose this hotel for our 1 night stay before the start of a cruise, based on the reviews of the club rooms/amenities. The club lounge and pool were lovely. Service upon checkin was excellent and the room was great. However, we did get a chance to see the standard rooftop pool which was nowhere near the calibre of the club level pool (maintenance needed, bar/restaurant closed/felt tired.) The hotel is directly across from an mrt station but not close to much else. (Ex: gardens by the bay, marina bay boardwalk, main shopping centres etc.) Overall we were happy with the quality for the price and the excellent club level facilities. Addition note: as we were experiencing significant jet lag we did not remember/want to eat dinner until much later in the evening (approx 9pm.) We asked for recommendations from the concierge and ended up on a very disappointing wild goose chase for an establishment with an open kitchen. Ended up eating at an extremely overpriced mediocre bar that was the only place open that accepted credit cards. (Vs local currency or payment app). Make sure to eat before 9pm! Singapore is an incredible place and we can’t wait to come back.
