We arrived at the airport and was immediately quarantined because we were coming from Panama City Panama (no yellow fever vaccination. This hotel was kind enough to give us a full refund on a.non refundable stay. That's a hotel I'd book future stays with. They earned my loyalty

The hotel is under renovation but we have no problem with noise dust. Our room was fresh and claim.. One strange item. The commode in our room was not square to the wall.It was off on an angle from the wall. My guess is this is one of the renovated rooms.And they were in a rush to finish it.

Nice hotel, great location for the Singapore GP. Hotel undergoing renovations, so slightly inconvenient, but staff tried their best. Unfortuately, long waits at reception.

The lobby of the hotel is quite small and old. When I opened the door of the hotel room, there’s a bad smell coming out, which explains why there was an air purifier in the hallway and in the room. Air conditioning had a noise which is pretty obvious during the night time. Sound proof in the hotel doesn’t exist. Anything in the hallway or upstairs can be heard in the room. I only slept for a night without interacting with staff too much but when I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff is quite arrogant for no reason. There’s no service standard in this hotel. Definitely not going back again.
