The hotel was clean, staff were great and buffet breakfast was amazing. Room was generous size and well presented. Room was above a concert venue and heavy metal music kept us all awake the first night. Also, the $300 bond held on our credit card is yet to be returned (3 weeks post stay) even though they have confirmed via email that they will be returning it!

Overall pretty good. Amenities can be improved. I used the swimming pool, but the edge is sharp and scraped my foot really badly.

My stay at this hotel was SIMPLY THE BEST!It excels it’s 5 star rating by employing people (staff) who are courteous,friendly,helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay a memorable one.I was so impressed by their professionalism.The services were excellent and my interaction with each staff member working for this hotel was something I will cherish.
