We had been inside the hotel before but then we did not stay there. This time we would try it. It is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service and cleanliness are top class, so also the breakfast buffet! The location is very good next to the Merlion and Singapore River.

We have been to Singapore many times. Staying at the Fullerton was on our bucket list. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and efficient. We had a couple of small issues and these were resolved quickly. The location of the hotel is very good close to many facilities including the MRT. The pool was very good and the pool attendant was super friendly and efficient. Our only issues were the lack of comfortable seating in our room as well as the lack of seating for guests in the foyer without having to order drinks or food. We would rate the hotel at 5 stars apart from this given the cost of the room.

The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us.

I knew Fullerton is very good hotel but actual experience was beyond my expectation except for the quality of Bak Teh served at LandingPoint.
