Our room at the Cosmopolitan was poorly cleaned, there was expired food in the fridge and the bathtub was dirty. When I called room service to let them know they said they were going to send someone to clean it but they never did.

The water was scalding hot after a few minutes of running . Had to take a 2 minute shower because after that, the temperature was way too hot. Even turning the water to cold did not help System would not allow me to check out on the tv in the room. Appeared to have internet problems because the screen kept spinning Pool party music was very loud. The glasses were shaking in our room from the bass

First night a loud noise like an engine woke me at 3 am. The staff said Housekeeping would be notified. The second night it happened again. I was told that the Jacuzzi "cleans" itself everyday. Mine just does it in the middle of the night. I insisted on seeing the manager the next day to report two sleepless nights. Was told there was nothing that could be done. That all tubs go thru this process everyday, mine just happens to be in the middle of the night. I find it hard to believe that EXPEDIA would give this hotel such a good rating when the management KNOWS of the problem and does not offer ANY solutions.Just FYI. I used the SPA facility while I was there. Great massage, great facial, however the attendant place some type of sunscreen on my eyelids. Told me be careful,Within an HOUR my vision was so blurred I need assistance to my room. Eventually all turned out ok. Next morning my vision returned. The hotel removed the charge for my facial. (the least they could do) We ate at Scarpetti's Italian restaurant the next night and my wife got extremely sick after eating the Pumpkin Soup and the Short rib pasta in Brown butter sauce. Spent the last day and a half in the room afraid to stray too far from the porcelain. The Cosmopolitan offered NO financial concessions for the room. I asked for a late checkout because I had a late flight out. They granted my late checkout but charged me $200 fee. I was NOT told that at the time.Expedia, you may need to do some HOMEWORK.

The Cosmopolitan was an excellent hotel, I really enjoyed the relaxing nature of it and the various options for food it had. The staff were excellent upon our arrival and the rooms were very well designed. Unfortunately there were also some disappointments, our room window had not been cleaned though we had a view - we couldn't see the view because the window was dusty on the outside. They were also not very quick when it came to bringing drinks in the casino, even when being there gambling for a long time. I would like to stay here again one day perhaps, but wish in future I get a clean window so I can see the amazing view!

The gentleman at the front desk was extraordinary.. He was knowledgeable and very helpful suggesting which of the avail wrap around suites would be the preferred choice... Very efficient and walked us thru options suggesting a slightly lower floor to gain a superior view... Wish I could recall his name he was fantastic The dealers and cocktail waitresses were wonderful Love Barbershop speak easy Loved Tekka sushi stand Room service was excellent we had breakfast in our suite every day... Calling in orders was required because the app or link for ordering digitally didn't work the 3 times we tried d it Need more cashiers working every night tool too long to cash out Overall excellent service and one of my best stays ever in 45 times I have traveled to Vegas

Who I’ve been three times for the Cosmopolitan first time I ate at the steakhouse STK it was amazing. I had the greatest time of my life for my wife’s birthday. I will be back for New Year’s.

Check-in was a nightmare. Got to property around noon, i was offered a room on floor 53. At around 1:30 i got a text that room was ready. When i got to the front desk it was on floor 39. I told them unacceptable. They asked me to wait. At 4:30 I went to "remind" them off my room, said it wasn't ready, i pushed and finally they gave me one

In spite of calling ahead & requesting my 2 rooms to be adjacent or near each other, they were two floors apart (my autistic son was NOT close). This required me to carry 2 keys at all times (and they dont have identifiers on them to tell them apart) to access the 2 floors. VERY inconvenient! Our 2nd room was used for 6 hours, one night=WASTED $$$$ I have also never seen a five star hotel without a microwave NOR extra blankets in the closets. The good thing was, our room was ready and accessible at noon.
