I was able to work on the Cosmopolitan as part of the opening. It was truly amazing and stunningly beautiful. Prior to this trip, I havent stayed there in about 8 years. This time, the property is definitely in need of a major cleaning. It has lost the sparkle and shine that made it a standout property. Even the chandelier was lightly covered in dust. The crowds have changed, but the quality shouldnt. The spa hasnt been touched since opening...and it looks like it. It needs a new decor update.

The wifi was terrible it kept loosing the signal . The house keeping was not good. Didn’t even give us any clean glasses. They left the dirty glasses on the counter.

Staff sucked couldn’t give a straight answer about any question we asked had to call 6 times to get correct amount of food credit we had left room was dirty. Bath tub was never cleaned once had to walk about 2 miles to get to the room from check in all the way through the casino food was awful in there only good place is the Henry MILK bar is by far the worst place in there the ice cream is mixed with milk I’m guessing genuinely has no taste tasted like they drained all the sugar and salt out of the ice cream. Overall 2/10

The Cosmopolitan is a 6 star hotel imo. Every want n need was met effortlessly. The pool and accessibility to Walgreens to the amazing food variety at Block 26 was incredible. The staff was so helpful and thank you yo housekeeping for keeping the room nice and tidy. You've won me over and now i will always stay at The Cosmopolitan. Time for me to get an MGM rewards card lol

It was a great stay. Super clean and spacious room. We loved the chandelier bar and restaurants. We also had a relaxing time in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
