The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found the room somewhat noisy. I think this was partly due to the fact that our room faced the lift and bowling club. The very loud and terrible music ( swearing rap music) from the bowling club kept us awake for most of the night. Catching taxis was somewhat problematic. Some drivers were really good others wanted to rip you off.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly. Well kept. Great location. The rooms are very nice, but the bathroom was a little bit odd for me the way it was exposed to the rest of the room. Not family-friendly that way, but a nice bathroom overall. Good food good buffet for breakfast.

Experience was great. Rooms are very big especially for families. Staff were very friendly and they went far and beyond with their services. Our 6 year old son was not feeling well during our stay there. When we got back to the our room there was a fruit platter and a well wishes note card prepared by the staff wishing him health and well being and that meant so much to us.
