I have travelled often, but not compared to lots of others. I can say, from the from the front desk to the man driving the shuttle, everyone was incredibly polite welcoming and friendly... clearly interested in ensuring our stay was as perfect as possible. Truly impressed

Beautiful modern room. Excellent buffet and beautifully renovated lining area with great playlist. Wonderful staff throughout. Wish we bought buffet with room because cost much more when purchased separately. Convenient shuttle from airport. Not close to walkable shops.

I love the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good my only complaint is that I was at the airport for one hour or more waiting for the shuttle it was very inconvenient because I was there with a baby and a toddler but other than that the hotel was great!

Absolutely horrible experience here. My reservation got cancelled for no reason without my consent. Staff cut me off every time I tried to speak and did nothing to accommodate us other than make us pay a lot more for a new room and give us a bottle of water and a granola bar to say “we’re sorry”. The hotel may be nice to look at but the staff I dealt with was beyond rude and not understanding whatsoever.
