Why is the room for 5 persons prepared only for 4? Sofabed not made and the reception found normal that we had to prepare the sofa bed (at 3am when we areived). Additionally , only 3 towels were provided even knowing that the reservation was for 5 people, we had to ask extra towels every day. Our room was close to the elevators and we woke up evryday very early with the noise.
