The spacious open plan living area features a beautiful lounge, flat screen tv, dining table, twin bar fridge, ducted air-conditioning and flows seamlessly out to the covered alfresco Barbeque area and grassy backyard.

Your fully equipped kitchen features smart stone benchtops, Bosch 900mm wide gas cooktop and oven, Bosch integrated dishwasher, stainless steel fridge and walk-in butlers pantry.

Upstairs you will find the 2nd living space with a lounge, television and ducted air-conditioning and study nook with a built in desk.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.

Perfect beach house!
Property exceeded expectations. Well appointed, beds and lounge super comfy, everything thought of. Highlights - Peaceful, beautiful location, brilliant walks on endless beaches, catching big Flatheads right out front, bike riding on paths for miles and cafes close by. Loved our holiday. Definitely stay again!!
