Our stay was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom needs a little work on their tiles along with a bar to enter and exit the shower to hold on to for extra safety measures.

The Coast Coal Harbour is a modern hotel in a great location. Very walkable to many spots in downtown Vancouver. It was also a block away from one of the Hop On Hop Off stops. The hotel was clean and quite and the beds were very comfortable. I would definately stay there again.

Eric was wonderful. He helped us get tickets for the hop-on-hop-off bus and explained where we could get food and what area attractions are available. I felt very welcomed in this hotel. They took our luggage and stored it since we arrived too early from our cruise. Great hotel!
