We really wanted access to the fitness centre. There were alternative options but when we come to a hotel we dont want to walk to alternative places. We were not aware of the renovations when we booked earlier

Nice place
Stayed in a good room which allowed check in on floor 9, very quick and the access to the lounge was a bonus. Room was nice, although on the smaller side to what we’d experienced throughout Canada. Close to shops and skyrail made it convenient for us. The service was a little slow, over an hour to have batteries changed in the scales to weigh our suitcases.

We did not get the room (Jr Suite) that was advertised on pictures, the gym was under renovation and we were not informed prior booking, so my fitness routine was shifted. Upon arrival we found a cup with an old drink in our room. The staff was very kind in general though.

Was not really worth the price and we spend extra money because of pool and jacuzzi was not open and most of the amenities were closed for repairs which did not change the price. Service was excellent, rooms were ok, beds were not super high level compared to the price they charge. Just an average, overpriced hotel.
