The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I’ve stayed here for long periods of time and short while visiting Vancouver and I highly recommend this hotel. There’s so many places to eat and the views are amazing.

The first room I had smelled very bad and gave me a headache. There was also a dead plant in the room. The staff changed my room and the next one was much better, I am grateful for that. The dinner I ordered was disappointing and expensive. The salad was overdressed and had chunks of the romaine core that should have not been served. The pasta was overcooked and the bacon component was undercooked, the crab was lost in the other flavors. The two staff who delivered the meal were very kind and the view was mesmerizing. The bed was excellent. The in room coffee maker and plug did not work with the architectural set up, that should also be resolved.

Our recent stay at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The grandeur of the hotel's historic architecture is matched only by its modern amenities and elegant décor. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. The attention to detail in the room's design and the quality of the furnishings made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush and provided a restful night's sleep, while the well-equipped bathroom added a touch of luxury to our daily routine. The hotel's dining options were superb. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at Notch8 Restaurant & Bar, where the food was delicious and the atmosphere inviting. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the Fairmont Gold Lounge. The exclusive amenities and personalized service truly enhanced our experience. We appreciated the quiet, relaxing environment and the opportunity to enjoy complimentary refreshments throughout the day. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore Vancouver's many attractions. Whether we were visiting nearby shops, museums, or taking a stroll in the beautiful surroundings, everything was conveniently accessible.
