Hotel is very basic. No housekeeping unless you ask. Paper cups. Overflowing bins. No shuttlw 8lunless you ask. Internet dropped out at keast 6 times an hour every hour. Fridge shleves damaged. Nonpowerpoints near beds. This is now a two star hotel.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a microwave and coffee maker in the room which was convenient. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport which was only about 15 minutes away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We will come back to this hotel in the future whenever we travel to Richmond. Plenty of parking spots. Front desk is super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and has no bad smell. I’d recommend staying here.

The property is in need of a make over! The hotel is aging badly. The washrooms appear to be renovated though. The parking is owned by the city which sucks because as a guest you have to pay. These types of hotels usually have free parking. However, it’s close to restaurants and the Richmond night market!
