Hotel is very basic. No housekeeping unless you ask. Paper cups. Overflowing bins. No shuttlw 8lunless you ask. Internet dropped out at keast 6 times an hour every hour. Fridge shleves damaged. Nonpowerpoints near beds. This is now a two star hotel.

Good facility, poor shuttle service
Nice hotel in good location (lots of restaurants nearby) but stay started off on a sour note due to unacceptably poor airport shuttle service. Despite a number of changing excuses we waited 55 minutes for a pickup. The hotel is only 12 minutes from the airport and we concluded that the desk staff had been less than honest with us.

Very pleasant reception. Room eas ready early. Very clean and updated room and bathroom. Very quiet, good view on 5th floor facing north. Restaurant served nice bteakfast, but abit expensive. Shuttle from airport did not arrive when expected. Possibility of refund of taxi service. Very difficult to alter room temperature. Extremely air conditioned!
