Great location
The Belmont was in a great downtown location for touring the city. The immediate surrounds and neighbourhood were not the best but we never felt unsafe. The staff and facilities were fabulous.

The staff was wonderful, so friendly! However room was very small, felt like a box, bathroom tiny with no counter. Only one elevator and very slow. Breakfast at the restaurant was top notch! Best I’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant. Location is great but wouldn’t stay again due to room size.

Nice little hotel
Overall it was a nice stay. It's a nice little hotel. It seems like it was renovated recently and has a nice vibe. Only real complaint is the A/C made a loud noise everytime it kicked on. It didn't wake me up, but it woke my wife up a few times

The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The soap in the shower was delightful. It was aroma therapy wonderful. The decorations were eclectic and whimsical. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was very comfortable and met all of our needs. Location was close to some good eating spots. The area was not great, but rather typical of a large city. Parking was not easy to see but very close to the hotel entrance. Better directions might be in order! We walked to Rogers Arena with no problem, maybe 20 minutes and safe enough.

This is a very unique hotel in a bustling area. The staff, especially Cam, was wonderful and they were very accommodating when we asked for a room change due to the size and unique smell in our room. I booked a room with two beds and our first room was very small and uncomfortable. There was hardly any room to move in the room. To be completely honest, we were miserable in this room, considering we paid over $400 for the room. We were moved to an upper floor and the room was much bigger, nicer and there was no smell.

Great customer service. Elevator was out of service when we checked out and the bellman (believe was from Mexico) was very nice, he helped us bring our luggage down to the lobby and into the parking lot. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit when we arrived. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
