We did stay on the habour side, and we wished the view was more like the website photos; maybe if we were on a higher level (8th floor). Overall our stay was great. The restaurant was delicious.The rooms were nice and clean. The customer service was great too. We would stay again

The stay at this property started off on a really BAD note. The elevator was shut down resulting in me and my 12 year old having to haul our luggage up 15 floors! No offer to help. No offer of a meal discount (restaurant on site) and not even a water. Fortunately the rest of the stay was very good and we utilized the restaurant every day. However, I cannot provide a more positive review due to the lack to aid or compensation during the outage.

This was a great place to stay for convenience and the staff was so accommodating. Everyone was very nice. The only two issues we had was that our bed sheet was too small for the bed (I’m not even sure how they managed to get it over the mattress in the first place) but we were only there for two days so we didn’t worry about it too much. We also had two items charged to our room by accident (assuming someone gave the wrong room number) but we explained that it wasn’t ours and the front desk was very nice to remove it! The staff at the restaurant was also fantastic, particularly this older man who was very funny. Would definitely stay again.

A favourite downtown hotel.
Well located for downtown, public transit, and the Hullo ferry, the Pinnacle Harbourfront is a gem. Clean, safe, with a nice restaurant, some rooms have harbour views, it is a comfortable hotel. Value for money is good. When I’m in Vancouver, this is one of two “go to” hotels for me.

It was a pretty great hotel. The location is perfect near the harbour and close to shopping and restaurants. The fact that there is hand soap instead of body wash in the shower was disappointing and we had to get extra pillows as they were very flat. Would be nice if the store was open as well.
