Staff not willing to work with clients for early check In. Rented through Expedia and they charged my Credit card also and still waiting for refund to be processed after 30 days. They sell a breakfast coupon and it’s a gross disgusting continental breakfast. Elevators are slow, sauna wasn’t working, hot tub warm not hot.
