The room we got wasn’t the one picture on the website. We payed for a view of the Canadian falls and only had one window. The picture on the website showed windows on 2 corners of the room. The air cond was very loud as were the doors when they closed. Seemed to slam no matter how gentle you were so very noisy in hallway

We got a room upgrade at no additional charge! Which we appreciated immensely!! Also given a bottle of wine and some white chocolate almonds! Our stay was a celebration of our 22nd wedding anniversary!! My one bone of contention is I'm a disabled person with mobility issues! walking far is out of the question for me! I had to park offsite in Hilton's private lot at $50 CND OUCH!!! and wait for it ............. $100 if you wanted inside parking! I also asked for handclapped parking as I carry a permanent disability permit! I was denied the right to park, gentleman said they did not have any Handicap spots period! and I was on my own!!!! I believe in this day and age it is appalling and discriminatory towards disabled peoples to do this to!!! I intend on making a formal complaint with the mayoral office in regards to the parking situation! Also city parking around the Niagara Falls, on street parking starts at $94 UBSERD!!!!

The room had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. All the baseboards were dusty and the drain on the Jacuzzi had black mould behind it. The view was ok, as one could only see partial falls view.

If you would like to be central to all your needs this property has it. So much diverse choice along with a flexible budget for all. Two tunnels connect you to shopping and the casino. We had a great time at the Hilton. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. I would certainly return!

We arrived at 4 which was our time for check in. Check in went smoothly and we got our keys. We went up to our room and someone was in there still cleaning. It was an awkward interaction. We were excited to get into our room after a long day of travel and someone was still in there cleaning. They told us to go back to the lobby and come back in 20 minutes. We went back to the lobby and sat around awkwardly for 25 mins. We then go back up. The cleaner is now in the room next to us. So we use our key to get into our room and our key now doesn’t work. So we have to go back down to the lobby for the third time. They then move our room to a floor above. Just not a smooth check in process at all. We were in the north tower which was the farthest building away from the lobby. It would have been nice if the room was ready when they said it was to avoid the awkward interaction and multiple trips across the hotel.
