Where do i start $85 a night parking is just obsurd 110 on weekends plain crazy carpets were disgusting dirty. No internet' at all no tv channel's And that was horrible good rental price sure but not worth the savings

I went there on my birthday. We had plan to stay for a night but we really liked this property so there we decided to extend our stay for one more day. The best part was we had to change the room for second day but we asked from manager and he helped us to get that similar room. The room I got was on 41st floor with Fallsview, it was actually looking like a heaven.

Our “View of the Falls” room was a tiny window looking into another hotel tower, and to the left, was a small view of the Horseshoe Falls. The bed was uncomfortable, and my husband & I both woke up with backaches. The a/c was loud, which made my husband’s tinnitus flare up. I would not stay here again. On the upside, the staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel was OK the restaurants inside the tower OK the parking for the hotel sucks as if you don’t get there early enough you have to park off site and offsite parking is way far away and they charge way too much for it

Great hotel for families. Two bedroom suites available. Great staff, easy check in and central to all the attractions. About a 10 minute walk to Lundy’s lane, and a 5 minute walk to the falls and casino right infront of hotel. Perfect spot.

Should not advertise room as city view when a wall is all you can see. Room 1650. Very disappointed in that part. If view is obstructed, it should so noted.

Everything was great but got winded trying to climb all those inclines. Need more ways to make things more handicap accessible. I also had a little difficulty with the Boat to the falls because there were not elevators on some levels that we saw. All in all though the visit was awesome!
