The parking cost $35! Anywhere else it is included in the room. The check in took almost three-quarters of an hour even if you had checked in online. We had to take a shuttle to our car in the rain. It was our anniversary and quite a disappointment.

The room was 27 degrees, so hot and it took awhile for service- maintenance guy was super nice! After a few hours still couldn’t get the room to cool down it was awful! The room change was made for us thank goodness, but the rushing around make us not able to eat dinner prior to the concert. Your off site parking, not as ridiculous as the room heat but super inconvenient!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stayed, with views to Niagara Falls as seen on the pictures. We will definitely stay here again in the near future. We also liked that everything from breakfast, dinner, shopping and even the casinos are withing the hotel, without going outside.

My room was not ready for check in at 5pm. They asked me to wait. I asked for another room that was ready. They gave me an upgraded room that was ready. When we went to the room and opened the door, it had someone else’s luggage and belongings strewn about. We went back down and complained and were finally given an unoccupied room and a promise that the hotel parking my friend had paid for would be comped as an apology for the poor experience checking in. Upon checkout the parking had not been comped and I once again had to deal with the front desk to get the parking comped. Overall the experience at the Hilton was completely unprofessional and I won’t be staying at that hotel again.

Do not go to the offsite parking, the shuttle has no accommodations for strollers, luggage etc. And they charge the same as indoor underground parking. You are better off parking at a nearby lot for half the price or park in the covered parking for the Fallsview casino hotel which is connected to the hilton with a bridge. Our second night brown disgusting water started to drip from the ceiling it was foul we called front desk and went down they kept saying we are sending someone, no one ever came. It was disgusting and we have kids hope none of us get sick. We also asked for connecting rooms they said it was but they weren't. Staff specifically front desk could care less.
