No natural light; not worth the price
The room (queen suite) was facing the wall of the next building so there was no natural light. Ask for a room with a view else skip this hotel as the room can become quite dark. Secondly, the bathrooms are really small with not much counter space to keep anything more than your toothbrush Finally, room cleaning is not done regularly, even though it is supposed to be done daily. I had to ask for it twice to get it done.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. We had a mini suite which was perfect for a family of 4 adults. Lively area, so it’s a little loud, but they provide white noise machine in the room which is very thoughtful! Great restaurant options all walking distance. Close to huge transit station so everywhere you’d like to visit is accessible from the corner.

Great property located close to TD Garden, perfect if you’re going to an event. Would advise against eating the food at their restaurant. The breakfast I ordered to go was awful and we ended up throwing it away.

Save your money stay elsewhere.
The room was not super clean there were items left on the floor in both the bedroom (a travel tag, Nicole etc). And in the bathroom to include hair and a folded up bandaid. This was our first time staying there and at a cost of over $600 a night yikes you would expect more. Front desk staff was fine certainly not overly friendly but not rude either. The vallet are by far the shinning stars here at this resort. Kind polite and helpful. Had breakfast at the attached restaurant. Bar tender was the only staff and very not interested in serving. Had to ask for everything from salt and pepper to latch up, and didn’t check on us once. Rooms are very small for a “suite”. Beds are old and not very comfortable. Spend a little extra and stay at the Marriott two streets down. Normally I would say you get what you pay for! And had the room been cheap then ok. But it was not cheap and besides the awesome location hard pass on this place.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. EASY access to subway and Freedom Trail - perfect place to stay with family. Felt safe in the area and hotel was conveniently located to anything you would want to do. Room was fine - clean and had anything we needed when we weren't touring Boston. The room was comfortable & conveniently located. What i would recommend though that whomever makes the reservation have id with them or adds an additional person on reservation it makes for alot less confusion when checking in.
