Room was comfortable, bathroom bit run down but overall everything was clean. The pool was a hit with the kids. Excellent location, really happy. Valet parking bit expensive at $65/night.

Service lacking.
Location is very good. Service was lacking. No fridge in room has to request one. Shower didn’t work very well, tub drain didn’t seal. We left early and could not reach valet. Has to go to front desk, security went to look for them. He was sleeping in a car! One of the pool attendants was in their phone 100% of the time.

The hotel was not that easy to find and very dated and a little dirty outside as you drove up. The front desk people were very nice. I was here for a conference for work. The nice thing about the hotel was there was a whole foods nearby so we had different options there to eat. Sis not care for the fact that they charge you 65.00 a night for valet parking . The nice part of that was you could come in and out as much as you want where as if you parked it daily by yourself is it was 60 .. each time you came in . The breakfast was decent the first day but the rest of the days not so much did not get our order correct. Was disappointed. The rooms are nothing like the pictures that were featured

So dirty! Upon entering the facility the carpet was filthy! Carpet in entryway so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The room was very perfumed as you entered. The bathroom needed updated and cleaned. The bathtub had black mold/mildew in the grout two tiles high. The bottom of the bathtub was stained with dirt. As you showered the bathtub didn’t drain so your feet were covered in water. The door in the bathroom was coming apart at the bottom. The carpet in the sleeping area was very stained. The bed was so bad I’m not going to try and explain. There were very small holes all over the black out curtains to where the sun shined through them in the morning….not quite sure what caused that to happen, but I have an idea. We had already paid for two nights, but left after one night due to the uncleanliness and the awful bed. Trust me, don’t try to save money by staying here! BTW, I have never in my 60 years written a hotel review, that’s how bad it was

The #1 reason I selected this hotel was for the pool accommodations. It was 88-90 degrees outside and the pool water was 90 degrees. It was so not refreshing and we were very much looking forward to some pool time. Very disappointed. There was also mold on the walls in the bathroom and rust on the fixtures.

The room was outdated and smelled moldy and unclean. The bed was old and uncomfortable, felt like the springs were broken. The bathroom sink had a bug crack and the toilet handel come off in my hand. Only nice thing was the location and when we were not in the hotel room!

Only 2 elevators worked out of the 4 you could barely get to where you needed to. Also they charged me 3 times for the room. I paid through Expedia then once I got there they charged me again and when I checked out they charged me a 3rd time when I called figure out why it happened they didn’t care they hung up. I called a 2nd time they apologized and said they were going to refund me and nothing happened my bank stepped in on their own saying it was fraud and will be fighting on my behalf.

The air condition system in rooms is very noisy, shutting on and off. Made it very difficult to sleep. Also, food not great. English muffin cold and not toasted well, bacon salty and sausages gross. Certainly not worth the $61 for two breakfasts. Dinner of two cheeseburgers and fries were just ok and not worth price either. Waited 45 minutes for the cheeseburgers and the restaurant was empty. In the morning, no hostess to be found to seat us. Had to wait. The breakfast came out super fast. I think it was pre cooked and reheated. The big plus was close proximity to MEE
