West of The Strip Holiday Packages

It's fine if you want the Vegas experience of being surrounded by trashy people and are into the gambling & the drinking & drug scene. So for a wild party, it's fine. But if you're travelling for work, it's probably not the place for you. The noise, even 32 floors up, is insane, and every night at about midnight an overwhelming stench of marijuana fiils the room. Every where you go there is loud music, even in the elevators. Your neighbours will waltz in from the casino very drunk about about 1am and start fighting every night. It's all a bit overwhelming. It's peak American capitalism, asking a room rate, a resort fee, and even money for holding your bags for an hour (oh that's not a 'fee', it's just a tip...). Every time you walk on the street you are going to be accosted by the various scammers who occupy the block. Check-in line can be 30m plus if you arrive a 11am ish, so try to arrive late in the evening. All that said, the room itself was fine, and the view of the mountains was amazing. The bar fridge is empty, which I prefer.

Central location to strip

We just stayed at the Aria Resort for our son's 21st birthday celebrations. Our room had a terrible view from the 5th floor, not great considering we paid for a Deluxe King Room. The room had no tea or coffee facilities, which is crazy. Even the cheapest hotels normally have that. Other than that, the resort was nice, but don't think we shall come back here next time we visit Las Vegas.

Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.
