Seamless stay. Staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Great location if you want to stay near the water.

I was surprised at how nice this place was! We got a very reasonable rate on Orbitz so I didn’t expect much. You enter through the lobby and they send you through double doors into the beautiful courtyard atrium area to where all of the rooms open. Our room had two rooms to it and you entered the living area that had a couch, TV refrigerator, microwave and sink. It was very spacious. Then you went through the second door into the beautiful bedroom area which had a king size bed, and a sliding glass door. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door curtains did not block the bright light that was installed outside, so it was a bit bright at night. But it felt safe and was very comfortable and clean. There were several very thoughtful touches in the room, including all of the cable channels you would possibly want, soft towels, and microwave. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it is so close to Busch Gardens.

I would not stay here again. I had to clean the room, lack of pillows & blankets, ac did not work properly, the mini fridge had drawers inside duck tapped and I had to supply used towels to the front desk and collect my fresh towels at the front desk. Considering the stay & service, this hotel is very overpriced
