Excellent service from front desk. Elevator was not working because of the hurricane they were recovering from, but it was not their fault. Staff at restaurant was accommodating and friendly. Really good drinks at the pool bar.

Good hotel
This was our second time staying at Hotel Alba. When I booked the room, right after the hurricane, it did say on their website that the elevators were down. I booked the room approximately a month and a half prior to our coming to Tampa and hoped the elevator would be fixed. Not a big deal as we were only on the 4 th so the exercise was appreciated and the rate was good. Room was very clean, beds weee comfy. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Loved the bar atmosphere.

Although the elevators didn't work, which is understandable due to the last hurricane. The hotel in and of itself made up for that minor inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

The property is currently under renovations and the elevators are inoperable apparently due to flooding from the Storm. However, it has a nice tropical looking pool area with palm trees, lounge chairs, a bar and a large court yard. The lighting in the room is dim and cannot be turn up and the closet is very small with no light inside. I find the staff to be quite friendly.

We had a short stay here but the staff was extremely nice! When we arrived, we were notified the elevators were not working. They carried our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs but it was an inconvenience especially when picking up food and having to carry it. The rooms were clean but there were two large hairs in the tub before we used it and the water temperature is not hot at night. The pool area is lovely! Restaurant was very good with strong coffee. Super close to airport with shuttle service!

We did have a fire alarm issue in the middle of the night I assume it got pulled never really found out...But the staff were wonderful and friendly the hotel and pool were beautiful

The staff was great we were able to check in early and accommodated for our pupper. Note thay dogs are not allowed really anywhere other than the room and the bar outside. We werent able to enjoy the pool or the restaurant as you cannot bring your dog into those spaces nor can you leave them alone in the room while youre using those facilities. This was a learning experience as it was my first time traveling with my emotional support yorkipoo. There was also no room service so we weren't able to eat breakfast at the hotel once again because I had my yorkipoo with me. Check out was a breeze.
