The location is pretty good next to a walkable river area staff was very friendly and the room was clean it's just not a newly renovated hotel but that's fine with me I just don't like how it's been a week and the incidental charge hasn't dropped off my card - other hotels it drops off the same day as checkout but the charge is very minimal only $25

The first room we were out in, didn’t have hot water, then the 2nd room didn’t have a thermostat, so it was difficult to regulate the hotness/coolness of the room The walls are paper thin , I could hear the people talking g in the room next to us, and they weren’t being loud , just crappy insulation.

we tried to take a shower on Sunday 11/24 and the hot water wasn't working. I called the front desk and they said they would let the engineers know. we waited nothing happened. as we where checking out they asked how our stay was I said "We never got hot water and we couldn't take a shower. " The lady at the front desk just said Im sorry that's unfortunate. Why even ask
