This is NOT up to the standard expected from a tribute portfolio hotel. The bed I had has basically zero support at all and is way too soft. Paint is peeling, hideous shower curtain, off white tub/shower that is anything but premium. One of the elevators also was not working and the key card provided did not work to enter the room on the first try. Deeply disappointed with the experience here and switched to another hotel close by.

The hotel really is beautiful. We like how its part of an office complrx with indoor courtyards that make it feel more expansive. Plus, there are a number of good restaurants in the area, and parking is easy (just make sure you enter the garage via the proper entrance, or youll find yourself on the wrong side of the plastic chains that separate hotel parking from that for the garage.

All in all it was a decent place to stay with a few things that brought my review down. The bathroom door rubbed on the floor and until I got use to it I was worried I’d run into the door. The refrigerator was very tiny and there wasn’t a microwave, which would have made my stay of 4 days more comfortable. Areas in the hallway had wallpaper that was loose and ugly. The pool was close but that was due to the hurricanes.

In general the room was good except for the showers - why do almost all hotels not service their shower heads (full of lime deposits). The shower setup would not work until you messed with it. Otherwise it was decent.

We love our stay, one downside of the room is no microwave and the shower head looked a bit dirty but overall staff were very nice and room was comfortable.

Es ist kein gutes Hotel, alt, teilweise sehr abgenutzt, extrem kalt in den öffentlichen Räumen und ein nicht besonders gutes Frühstück. Will man Dinge von dort aus unternehmen, ist es ohne Auto fast unmöglich. Darauf sollte man in der Werbung hinweisen.
