You get what u pay for I guess
Room only had 3 very small pillows. When we asked for an extra one, we're told they didn't have any spares. We had no shower curtain in our room so had to be moved. We asked for salt at breakfast and we're told they didn't have any??? Really??!

Pleasantly surprised.
Room needs black out curtains, 3 pillows is odd should at least be 4 for a couple. And air conditioning is very loud. Very pleasantly surprised at how new and clean everything was. Didn't expect it to be that nice. Woman at reception was fantastic. By far the friendliest and nicest welcoming I've ever had.

I appreciate they are under construction and eventually it will look lovely but currently it has that run down look from the outside. The rooms however are very nice.

So noisy. Construction painted doors and they stuck and kept me up all night. Walls paper thin. When I complained and asked to move rooms they moved me to one and it didn't have a lock on the door. Moved to another and asked for 1h later checkout (noon rather than 11am) and was told it would be $20 an hour. This after I'd been told no problem for late check out when I checked in. Asked for compensation and to speak to a manager re room issues and was told nope.
