Bluestone At Entangled Acres - Log Cabin w\WiFi on 16 Acre Animal Sanctuary

Charming nature retreat on sixteen acres of mixed wildlife habitats - and two rescue ponies! The spacious cabin has all the basic amenities, including a desk and high speed WiFi.


The cabin is split into two beautiful mirror image suites at ground level with separate entrances, both of which are used for guest stays. (Listed and booked separately.) Each one has an open living area and kitchen, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and a large loft space which doubles as a second bedroom and also includes an Ikea desk for remote work. There is WiFi throughout the house, including on the porch.

Guests are welcome to explore the land. There are mowed paths around the meadows, and a wildlife pond near the house.

The covered porch is huge, overlooks the pony pasture, and faces east. Early risers can drink their coffee while taking in the sunrise over the distant hills. The porch has chairs and two picnic tables to enjoy some fresh air even on rainy days.

My two rescue dogs and I also live here, so I am usually available on the premises.

Location is also home to a nonprofit animal sanctuary - guests may meet our two ponies and chickens, and learn more if interested.

Showed up for nothing
We arrived at 10:30 to stay overnight as my best friends wedding was the next day only to find behind door #1- a man in his underwear with his dog renting one side of the place… went to door #2 and found the owner of the place staying in there who proceeded to tell us they forgot about us and her phone hadn’t synced up with the app to notify her of our stay (I had messaged them only 5 days before about our stay and had even received a reply) and was told she would need a bit to set the linens and clean up if we wanted to wait a while or else could receive a full refund. Only received half of my original payment as refund and was told vrbo won’t issue the full refund. Highly recommend not booking here!
