This was one of the best experiences of my life. My 60th birthday and I had the time of my life. Being at the Bellagio was breathtaking and sharing it with someone that will always be special to me, made it a phenomenal experience. I’m already planning my next trip to Las Vegas.

The rooms were pretty standard. The hotel just seems tired. The shower looked great, however the water pressure was very poor, something you would find in a cheap motel. No coffee maker in the rooms anymore, even if you ask. Seems like a cheap way out to save a few bucks considering the price you pay to stay at the resort. I will stay at a different resort next time.

They were doing construction on the room next to mine and I woke up to loud hammering. I reported this to the front desk and was told this would be occurring all week. I was told to call them back once I was repacked and ready to move. I called back and the staff was very rude but eventually moved me to another room on another floor. In the new room I found I found mariguana on the floor. I walked down to the reception and showed the the pictures and asked for the police to be called and I was told no. They sent the security for the hotel who took the drug out of the room. I would like to add that my teen son was sharing the room with me which makes this even more upsetting. I will never stay in the Bellagio again.

Too crowded because the hotel is very popular. Nothing against the hotel but the crowd and the summer heat, combined, made it a not so good experience.

Didn’t like check in. Check in desk was very crowded. Couldn’t believe there was no place in the lobby to sit. My wife has stage 4 lung cancer and can’t stand long. There was no place for her to sit. Tried by the piano bar and was told you have to buy something to sit. JUST SO UNACCEPTABLE. Then was told at another time by concierge desk. That seats were taken out due to people falling asleep and homeless. But we pay a nice price to stay there so shouldn’t be like this. You have sick and elderly that might need a place to sit. Maybe hire a guard to watch for homeless and sleepers.
