Room and bed was extremely comfortable though a bit on the small side. The attached restaurant was very good with wonderful cocktails. I was very surprised there was no in room or even in hotel coffee options except to purchase at the restaurant. The location more than made up for it though.

This was our first time in Boston. The staff was so nice! They smile and greet you when you're coming and going. They always looked forward to helping you. We had a smoke detector issue (beeping) when we first entered the room. A quick call and maintenance came quickly and changed it. No attitude and was kind. They provide you with a house key not the typical card. I liked it, because it made you feel like you were right at home. The room was spotless and so clean. We had the queen atrium room. The bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. I definitely loved the shower! I saw other comments about the water being cold or low pressure, but we never had any problem with that. The black out curtains were nice! When having the atrium it was no bright lights waking you up in the morning. Our room was so quiet, so I am not sure about the noise complaints. Our room was across from the elevator and we never heard the dinging, people getting off or on, doors closing or conversations. They have light dimmers that you can adjust the lights to any mood. Great for relaxation. The TV had limited channels, speakers, and DVD Player, so a little old school, but who is going to use those things that much when you're enjoying the city. It gives you an opportunity to detach from technology. Thank you again for being a great hotel and treating us with so much kindness. You guys do an excellent job keeping up with the property and making sure the guest feel like they are only ones there!

This was so close to Quincy Market, the Aquarium, TD Garden and the T. Price was great, room was clean and spacious, and bed was comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

This was a great place to stay - right across the street from Faneuil Hall and other historic spots, minutes from the Freedom Trail, and great restaurants. Starting with the front desk staff at Harborside Inn, the service and information was friendly and outstanding. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five-star rating was the absence of in-room coffee pots. It was perfect otherwise.
