The hotel was good. There were only two issues at the hotel. One was the union protest outside that actually invaded the lobby one night. The second was when I arrived I thought I might get a dinner at the sports bar. I received the menu as I entered the place but after waiting for over 45 minutes with multiple personnel passing me by and not making eye contact when I gestured to them I left and ordered Uber Eats instead. Although the hotel was nice the sports bar was a disappointment.

Room was very small, very nice but small. No coffee in the room. A area in the hall was sectioned off. But hot chocolate was offered but none was available on any floor. I was told to get it down stairs.

We had an amazing stay at the Omni Boston Hotel in Seaport. The view was spectacular and the food in the area was amazing. The hotel fitness center is top-notch and open 24 hours a day. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend the Omni for your upcoming visit to Boston. You will not regret it.
