No lifts were advised that we know of carrying heavy bags to floor 2 is totally inconvenient. lighting poor can hardly read a news paper where they position tables. Not enough power points for charging, no face washers & hand towels no cutlery, coffee & tea facilities ok. Advertised as A ok but miss the important leave out stuff? Rooms have poor make up in other words not inviting to stay. There is an outside toilet but they don’t tell you it’s there is people coming early when we were there very unhappy about knowing info ref toilets or baggage storage so much for online booking no service to be seen, only 2 outside seats both rain affected areas next week changed to under cover ????!!!! We wonder why. Emails to ask you to request to pay an early fee or late fee checkouts WHY. when the customer has come off a busy schedule and get asked to pay more to check in an hour or two early and climb stairs? We will not be paying the ridiculous cost of no service at this hotel ever again and will be telling everyone we know how no service works the owners should be disgusted with the reviews - we will wait and see what they do, please feel free to ring us you have our number to discuss how people make money?

I requested a toaster for our and it didn’t come. Curtains facing main road were too light so it let the sun in from 5am onwards. Might be good to get blackout curtains which may also help with traffic noise.

Photos online of accommodation are 'generous' ... room looked extremely tired, occasional chair in room had loose legs, chair nearly collapsed first time guest sat in it. Price point, and nearby conveniences are honestly the only real saving grace in this instance.

No staff. Figure it out yourself. Tired, noisy rooms. No cutlery. Cheap curtains that don't block the light. Hard bed. Tv kept turning itself off. For the price it is reasonable to expect more, but this place fell short in every department. I will not be back.

Need renovations ASAP…. Our bathroom door was split in half and you almost rip it off the hinges just trying to open the door. Balcony doors barely open due to the roof blocking it. The tissue dispenser in the room couldn’t be filled because the mirror was to close. No hand towels. Mugs in the room had rings from being not washed. Kettle had old water in it. Bed was ok but very small for two people. Overall kinda bellow average for $250 for two nights

The room was basic but clean .It had a nice shower and good TV . The bed was fairly comfortable. All the booking and codes for your door entry was online which some people might not like . I think a rating of 3 out of 5 stars is all it is worth.

The room extremely clean and very comfortable. But the guest in other rooms make the stay a little unpleasant with their loud noisy swearing and talking then 1 am in the morning singing on the way to their room which was directly above ours we were in 105 Seems to be a bit problematic as this has happened several times before especially when people hung out on the balconies looking down at people in the car park. Personally, I be locking those balcony doors and don't allow access. The type of people hanging out are more than likely to be intoxicated and drugged out and fall over the balcony onto the driveway below. I don't think we will stay at your motel again due to the invasive overbearing balcony people.

I didnt like the stupid online check in.not all people like having to deal with technology especially when youre experiencing technicalities in process all while its a million degress hot.when trying to explain to your ethnic cleaners who struggled significantly to understand the issues that arose theh were rude and showed absolutely zero compassion with the matter.way i was treated you wouldnt treat a dog.
