There is one room locked off. You have a 3 bedroom townhouse with access to 2 of the bedrooms.
◈◈◈ Please note, you can use the third bedroom in this property, with prior organisation arranged with host. It isn't included in this price, you will be charged an extra $100 per night if this bedroom is used without being prior organised with host.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind
- We have strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
No- SMOKING PLEASE : This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500.00 Additional "Smoke Damage" Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odours from the house.
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.
If there is pet wee smell left or dog feces there is a deodorizing charge of $150 for the synthetic turf.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
