No balcony...
Booked this for two nights on the strength of the photos which showed a balcony, also listed in the description. Wasn't able to check in on time but that's not so much a big deal as much as the room we were given had no balcony. Would you describe it as a scam, deceptive conduct, fraud? Difficult to locate management on site, hotels.com need to be aware that this is a rip off. AVOID

Great location, great clean comfortable apartment. Only critcism there was no complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, dishcloths or facewashers. Plenty of milk though!
