Our unit is located in a safe, family friendly location. Please note that we do not have elevators, pool or hot tubs on site. In the offseason months, we have a strong snowbird community that return back year after year. Our HOA takes great pride in our property and it shows! The area does offer Uber and Lyft. Restaurants, ice cream, small groceries, souvenir shops are all within walking distance. If flying in there are shuttle services available that will deliver you straight to the property.

We will always be available as a resource before, during and after your trip!
If you decide to book with us be on the lookout for a “Welcome” email within hours of booking. This email will contain a couple simple requirements for renting along with how you will obtain your entry instructions for the day of your arrival. Till then, we’ll be looking forward to having you!

• ID will be required upon booking within 48 hours
• Check in at 3:00 PM – Checkout at 10:00 AM
• No Pets Allowed, including ESA’s
• No Smoking Allowed
• No Parties or events
• No extra guest allowed (Our condo is set up for 4 adults. Or a family of 4 (2 children/teens, or 3 small children. Our love seat does not pull out)
• Beach towels are not provided
• Please observe quiet hours starting at 10pm
• Small kitchen, bath and laundry starter kit is provided. You will need to bring/purchase extra supplies for your stay (See below)
• No daily housekeeping available
What Extra's Should You Bring? Detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, coffee supplies, paper goods, linens, beach chairs/umbrella. (Limited quantities are provided however, if staying more than a couple days, remember to bring additional supplies with you). We do try to leave paper goods and beach items but please remember, they are not guaranteed..... See notes on the fridge.
*This condo does not have a direct, parallel view of the beach. We are beachside. We are located 4 doors away from the steps that take you down to the sand. See the photograph in the pictures for the view from the door.
DISCLAIMER: Routine quarterly pest control inspections are conducted on the property in Jan, April, July & October. Compliance is NOT OPTIONAL as it is critical to maintain this routine procedure. The inspections are usually done on the 3rd Thursday of each month, though that is subject to change.
Atmosphere: The Beach Front complex is a quiet, family friendly complex. If you are looking for a more lively atmosphere, we are NOT the place for you. We have many owners on site throughout the year and our renters are expected to adhere to the HOA rules. You will be contacted and asked to leave should any rule NOT be adhered to. We take great pride in our property and it shows, we want to keep it that way. Thank you for understanding.

Mother Nature - we cannot control her. Tropical storms and hurricanes can impact our weather. We are also prone to hail, tornado's, straight line winds, flooding, etc... Unless there is an ordered evacuation of the island, rentals continue as planned without discounts, rescheduling or refunds. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover unexpected weather interruptions. Should a weather event occur requiring you to activate such insurance, we are happy to assist with any documentation needed.
