This hotel is very toddler/kid and elder people friendly. The property is small Enough for everyone of any level of fitness to stroll around. It was safe, food was decent and the room service was satisfactory. Although when you order you have to specifically request your meal to be hot or it will come cold or room temperature. They cleaned my room twice in a day I cannot complain.I would come back.

We were very impressed with the staff very friendly and accommodating room was always kept clean the biggest problem with this resort is the food! It is the worst food I have ever eaten disgusting really no choices and the food was so so bad we will not go back because of it

This works if you want a somewhat budget vacation with kids. The pools are great, and the beach was wonderful. Staff is very nice. But the food choices were terrible. All the juices were watered down, and the food seemed to be mass produced with no real good options. The buffet had the same food over and over with no presentation. It seemed more like in hospital cafeteria. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded. Any kind of steak seemed like low quality and had a gamey smell. Most people go to all inclusive alcohol, but we don’t drink so for us the juices, fruits and food were the big deal and we were definitely disappointed. We probably will not be going again because it just did not fit our taste. Also day, two of our arrival our room ceiling started leaking because of the hot tub on the one floor up. After they fixed it we didn’t feel comfortable there and we had to ask for a different room which they did provide, but only after we asked for it.

Staff was excellent. They spoke good English. Like you didn’t have to book to eat at the restaurants. Like there were restaurants opened for lunch as well.

The staff are on the whole really helpful. The variety of restaurants is great, there are plenty of sunloungers and 3 great pools. The spa is really nice whilst expensive you feel like you are getting an escape. The explorer’s club for kids is safe with lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. The family room set up worked well for us as a family of 5. The negatives: the rooms are really noisy, we had to move from the 1st room after the road noise and noise from the nightclub kept us awake. The 2nd room was also incredibly noisy and we didn’t get a good night sleep while we were there. The restaurants variety is excellent but the lines can be really long (over an hour) and the food was usually on the cold side. The buffet breakfast is good but would benefit from having outside space as it can feel very claustrophobic. On the whole it was a great holiday but needs some changes.

I was force to pay extra for a one bed vs 2 bed. Room was not clean. Cigarette burn marks all over the room. Was told private pool, no such thing. Pool was open where everyone including room next store can see. Ice cold pool with one lounge chair for two person. I was put across a butler station where we heard clanking sounds from dishes all night from room service. Food was Luke warm , I paid for spa. Toilets were out of order , steam room did not work horrible experience

Unfortunately I didn’t get to use my vip access, they had room upgrade but when I mentioned I was vip I was still asked to pay in additional fee as they stated that didn’t matter to them. The staff were friendly except Alejandra she was rude. I went for a wedding
