Perfect small cabin
Perfect place for a couple and a few dogs. Opens up to the frisbee golf course and open fields and hiking trails in the community. Chinquapin is amazing!

Perfect Spotless Cabin for two
My wife and I along with our lab, Hazle 100% enjoyed booking and lodging at this cabin. The place was immaculate and everything was top notch. Communication with the host couldn’t have been any better. The cabin was peaceful and the hiking in the immediate area was fantastic. We have stayed in a few different cabins in north Georgia however this was our first time exploring the Carolina mountains. We loved everything about our stay.

Short Anniversary getaway. Cabin was clean, neat, and so nice! The screened in porch was so peaceful and pleasant, enough so we were able to leave the doors open and have the cool breeze flowing thru the cabin during the day. Amazing place to stay in the absolutely stunning Chinquapin community nestled in the beautiful NC mountains. Only issue I have is after staying there now I want a home there!! The homeowner Amy was so pleasant and made sure we were completely happy with our stay. 5 Stars for sure and already looking when we can go back!

Great location, beautiful screened porch
We’ve been looking for a great location with a screened porch. 76 Campfire Trail is well maintained and the owners were welcoming and ready to answer every question. The cabin is situated at a lovely location near several other cabins. We never heard anything other than a few bunnies running around the cabin. The front room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were perfect. The screen porch was fantastic. We really enjoyed the cabin and found the area of Cashiers and Highlands to be perfect for a relaxing long weekend or mid-week escape.

A wonderful place to get away from it all. Perfect for a couple. Dogs welcome! Access to great hiking without getting back into the car. A great mountain community. You are by yourself, but not alone. 15 minutes by car to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed.

The perfect cabin for 2 (and a dog)
Pssst! Don’t tell anybody. But it doesn’t get any better than this in the Cashiers/Sapphire area of NC. Wonderful cabin with all the amenities you can ask for. Everything is like new and as clean a it can be. If you like to hike, bring your dog and hike to 5 waterfalls without ever getting into the car.

Mini-vacation
The house overall was very nice with accurate description and pictures. The area was so pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed our time just relaxing and hiking and sitting on the porch. We'd certainly go back. I would suggest a new mattress. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Everything else was spot on. The owners have done a great job and were there to answer any questions. We had a good mini-vacation.

The cabin was beautiful, just as it was described. There wasn't a lot to do, I guess we went just at the end of off season. The only draw back to this trip was the drive through the mountains. Prepare yourself for the very narrow and winding roads to get to the property and to Cashiers.

Mountain escape!
Everything about Campfire was perfect! The house is top notch. The gated community is safe, luxurious and new! The house is situated on a dead end street adjacent to the Nature Walk and Disc Golf course. We will be back!

This cabin is great for a couples get away! Has every amenity you'd need, peaceful, beautiful views in the fall/winter months for sure, owners communication was better than most. We spent Halloween weekend at this lovely cabin and had a great time. The cabin is very well appointed, in a great location. Spending time in a quiet place like this surrounded by the beautiful nature was just what we needed. The hosts were so nice and responsive to a few questions we had, we felt welcomed and will certainly be back!

Its ok - couple of safety issues
2 adults and 2 dogs. Lovely property, LOTS of construction going on all day every day. When taking a walk, there are trucks everywhere in the community. Golf course is being ripped up but can still walk the cart paths. There were cobwebs in all the corners and there was still laundry in the dryer, so my first night there Im folding the laundry that didn't get done. Nice deck and nice grill. It was very cold so we were stuck inside more than we wanted which is fine. SAFETY: There is an electric gremlin with light switches in the living room and the deck., Also, when running the fireplace inside, the switch on the wall - the whole area on the wall is way too hot! We just didn't run it very much. Otherwise this owner is GREAT!! They have all those "little things" that mean so much. Since it was cold, I was thankful for the extra blanket since I couldn't pack my blankets. It's important to note to stop at grocery BEFORE you come to the property. Also, you will want to plan on packing in a good bit of food anyways. The road down into town was very curvy and several minutes away. We didn't get to go becoz we had dogs and we weren't going to just leave them in the cottage alone. But Im hopeful to get to eat out and do some shopping as there's some unique stores there. I would rent again for sure, absolutely LOVE this property. It's really only going to fit 2 people comfortably. There is a pull out couch, but it's tight at 2. Nicely decorated, everything you need. Oh, and also, bed is not too comfortable.
