Great hotel, still one of the best. Expensive, but sadly showing its age in many little ways. Service and staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and welcoming and very fancy. One thing I’ll never understand though (and the Pan Pacific isn’t the only offender), when you pay hundreds of dollars for a hotel, and you still get the cheapest toilet paper they can get their hands on.
