The pool and hot tub were closed. We got screwed on parking because they changed their system and didn’t tell us at the front desk. When we addressed them about it they said there was nothing they could do. Not sure why you pay $500 a night when there is no amenities and parking is over $100 for one night.

Great location and amazing views of Coal Harbour. Make sure to get a side room for the view. Double check when booking this place if the pool is open as it was closed while we stayed and we would have booked somewhere else if we knew that.! Otherwise a great property.

Like the view. Washroom was smelling moldy. Not enough toiletries when we checked in. Emptied soap and shampoo in the morning, doesn't have enough time to call and ask when you're already in the shower.

Great location to the cruise ship terminal. Nice big room, city view, and they put us on a high floor. Only negative is the bathtub is a little dated.
