Very nice place to stay before and after a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to get us in our room quite a bit earlier than the check in time. Staff very helpful with any inquiries.

The room air conditioner was out service, wouldn’t start. The room felt stuffy. Since it was garden level, didn’t feel it was safe to open the window. The hotel was fully booked, so we didn’t have any other room option. There are lot of hairs bathroom floor, even found a pill on the floor. No soap in the sink.

Midnight staff was very helpful. Shuttle had a 1/2 hour wait. After traveling all day, we just took a taxi. Breakfast buffet was extremely crowded.
