Everything was exceptional. The room, the pool, the location. The real standout was the staff. Without exception, the staff was curteous and helpful above and beyond. We had an incredible stay and look forward to returning!

The staff that work here are very concentrated on providing excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent and afternoon tea was very nice. Since the hotel was unable to provide me with a room upgrade, they offered to cover my transfer back to the airport.

Silverland yen was a great place to start my trip! Staff were super helpful and fun to talk with. Food was great and the breakfasts and tea time were plentiful and delicious. Bedrooms were very comfy too to help get through the jet lag! Great spot, easy to walk out to nearby shops and museums and markets.

Things I liked-afternoon tea with snacks and live music-that was very cool! The room we reserved was small, sparsely furnished, too warm and not as expected, luckily they upgraded us to a larger, nicer room. Also the rooftop lounge was great! View, drinks, jacuzzi-unique and cool.
