The lobby area had a strong odor of marijuana. The sheets had dirt in them. The cupboards in the kitchen area had crumbs, food and something I could not identify.

Good for a couple nights.
The staff here was very friendly and did a great job. Breakfast was always well stocked and delicious. The room was old and it showed. Needed really good cleaning and the A/C was not good ran all the time. The floor/carpet was old and could tell it really needed replacing. I would not want to walk with my shoes off. Was there for 6 days. The staff was great owners need to look in to updating and real good cleaning.

The property was ok overall, breakfast was good but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was left over food from prior guests in the refrigerator, left over bar soap in the bathrooms from prior guests, hair was left in the shower, the bathroom mirrors or floors were not cleaned.

Very happy we picked this hotel for our overnight stay in Syracuse. Suites are perfect for a family. Breakfast is basic bur good. Some reception employees could have been nicer. No hello or any type of greeting upon entering the hotel for check-in.
