Luxurious Chalet! Hot-tub, Bonfire & A+ Location for Skiing/Town

This luxurious custom-designed chalet is perfect for the whole family and friends to enjoy all that beautiful Ellicottville has to offer!

In the winter months you have slope views, and in the summer you feel tucked away from it all even though you're right across the street from HoliMont & only 1.5 miles from the village! Ideal location for those wanting to be close to skiing and the downtown without the crowds of either.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet is very spacious (3,717 sf) and the open floor plan creates for the perfect setting to kick back and enjoy each other's company after a day on the slopes skiing or hiking.

The great room has a magnificent stone fireplace walking out to a wraparound deck. The gourmet chef's kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Offering great privacy is the large primary master bedroom and ensuite located at the opposite end of the main floor, and on the lower level is a fireplace in the family area, two full baths with marble countertops, four bedrooms, and laundry room. Above the garage is the 6th bedroom.

Bring your (fur)babies: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and dog crate provided. Up to 2 pet (cats or dogs) are welcome, but please include them at the time of booking as there is a pet fee. See our 'House Rules' for dog breeds we're not able to accommodate.

5 stars all the way!!!
My husband and I plus 4 other couples had the most fun this weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, to a fully stocked kitchen,firewood,games,linens and more. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops.

Great house with all the amenities
Beautiful, secluded house near Holimont ski resort. Outdoor fire pit was a hit with everyone. Very comfortable sleeping pattern with most rooms having queen beds. The bunk bedroom was great for children and their parents. Would love to return during ski season to use the beautiful fireplaces in the cozy living spaces.

Great house in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well equipped and perfectly located for our ski weekend at Holimont. The beds are the most comfortable we have encountered in a short term rental. The kitchen is modern and easy to work in and there was more than enough room for our group of 10 adults and two kids. Would definitely rent this one again.

Amazing Chalet!
This ski chalet was truly amazing! Absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what was described in the description. Very clean and also had great amenities. The host Dean was excellent responding to any questions we had. Very close to ski resort and cute town. My family had such a great time, looking forward to booking again!

We stayed at the chalet with 3 of our children and their families (grandchildren ranging in age from 3-16). The chalet was as nice as the pictures and there was plenty of space for everyone! We were also able to walk from it into town which was a nice surprise. We would definitely consider renting it again!

The house was exactly as described. Immaculately clean throughout. We had an issue turning up the heat on arrival (our problem, not the the house). Property owner was responsive to our emails and our problem was quickly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

This home worked out really well for our family getaway. The living areas are spacious and the bedrooms all a good size. The 6th bedroom is above the garage and not very appealing. Otherwise our stay was great and the house beautiful. Dean and Vicki were very quick to respond to emails. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfection!
Three families rented this beautiful home for a weekend ski trip. Dean was one of the most thoughtful, responsive owners we have encountered. The welcome hot chocolate /marshmallows, hand warmers, and bottle of wine were a nice touch. The home was spotless, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Loved the wine cooler and well stocked bar area as well. The two separate living areas (one on each floor) were perfect for our crew, even though we all ended up upstairs together, with plenty of room, for game nights. Dean also provided excellent recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were only five minutes from the restaurants and shopping, as well as the slopes. Perfect location!! Definitely would rent again!!!

This property was so beautiful and perfect for our group! The kitchen was well stocked and there were many bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. We appreciated the beautiful fireplace and all of our skiers and snowboarders loved the large mud room area which made everything so easy to store and come and go throughout the day. Some of our group enjoyed the hot tub- and others enjoyed playing pool in the garage! The layout of the upper floor space and the added areas in the basement gave plenty of room to our group to spread out. We also really appreciated our experience with the home owners. Dean kept us updated and was very kind and attentive to work with. We would love to come back in the future and create more memories with family and friends. Thanks again for helping in every way to make our stay so lovely! Happy new years 2023:-)

Fantastic house for a weekend getaway to do some skiing. House was exactly as it was portrayed online. Nice open floor plan with great views but great also having an additional family room area in the basement for the kids to escape to. Only a few minutes from holiday valley. Dean was great to deal with.

Wonderful long weekend
We stayed with our 3 kids, preteen and teens, for 3 nights. The house was beautiful, immaculate, private and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the house is a mere 5 minute drive from downtown and the ski resorts. It was easily accessible and had more than enough room for all of us and then some. Multiple gas fireplaces were wonderful on a cold weekend. The deck hot tub with a mountain view was an added bonus and enjoyed by all. The owners were very nice and responded to all messages prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back !!
