Great hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was ready early, which was a plus. Hotel is close to airport, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean. Staff was also very help.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and as we walked in for check in we felt welcomed. Checkin was smooth and the receptionist was pleasant and made us feel at home. The next day I accidentally spelled coffee in the bed and I wiped it up but it left and bad stain and I didn’t want to sleep in it. So I went out and asked the housekeeper that was on the hall could she either change my bed or give me a clean sheet. She said that I had to go an ask the front desk, so I went down to the front desk and Doren (not sure of the spelling of his name) was at the desk and I explained to him what happen and what I was told to do. So he gets on the walkie and call housekeeping, they answer, when he tell them what needs to happen, the walkie goes silent. So he asked us to go ahead and go and enjoy our vacation he will make sure it gets done..we left came back and Doren said y’all are set..Now when I say that’s Premier Customer Service!!! That’s Premier Customer Service, he couldn’t get housekeeping to do it so he went and took care of the job!! With all that I can say I truly enjoyed my stay. The area is quiet even with aviation behind it we never heard a plan. Very clean and everyday was a refreshing smell..every hall smelt very refreshing and I loved that..I’ll be back very soon!!

Weekend in Ft Lauderdale
Overall, the room was well-maintained, spacious, and pleasant. However, we did notice a mild mildew odor. Room cleaning and fresh towels were available upon request, but we did not receive them. Additionally, while bar service was offered in the evenings, the bartenders were still in training and were unfamiliar with some cocktail recipes. Despite these issues, I would stay here again.

Stayed at this property and my vehicle was broken into. I have lost thousands of dollars in tools and equipment. The hotel charges its guests for parking but does not provide security. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overall stay does not provide one a piece of mind. I will forever be reminded of the incident when I see a Courtyard. Be aware of this particular facility.

Everything was Great, except I didn't know people could have pets at a Marriott. Heard Dogs several times Barking throughout the Hotel and saw peoples Pets. Do you think their Pets Sleep in the Beds? My trash container wasn't ever emptied or given new towels, or face cloth. The last day they replaced them. This isn't the Marriott I once knew it to be. Everything else was Great experience. Thx
