Not impressed that my messages were answered. Rude person answering the phone when I called for pick up I was not sure I was in the right spot hung up on me and then my husband when he called. When asked for extra pillows first we are told they would be delivered, we went for dinner, came back in our pjs and noticed pillows were not delivered. Called down to inquire now told to come down and get them. Seriously! Do I get a discount for doing that? Found that very unprofessional and we didn’t get them. After a long day of traveling that started at 4am and it’s after 9pm with an early start the next day we were not changing to go get them. We travel multiple times a year never have we been told this.

Older facility, and it shows. Pillows seemed smaller, like throw pillows. Shower head super clogged, and pressure was very poor. Thermostat inaccurate, and AC didn't turn on properly.

Fruit punch drink covered the elevator floor (dripping wet) room not cleaned before we arrived (at midnight), towels on the floor in the bathroom, a big pile of trash in the hallway. Terrible management.

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and left on Saturday. No maid ever came to our room to clean. We were told that on our 3rd day the room elwould be cleaned,it never happened. We had to go to the front desk on Thursday and get vlean sheets and towels.

It’s an ok place to stay for a night, a pool, a hot tub and the view were great but the room itself is ok and breakfast was ok. We chose it just for the view but were given a room on the first floor which didn’t have a view, so not the best option

Property is so dirty, pretty old one , the price I paid for this hotel is not at all accepted, they said shuttle service is available but it does not run all the time, it was not available during my flight time for which I had to pay 25$ for uber .
