The property was understaffed with only one person checking in 6 people. The wait was quite long. DeeC was very polite and apologized for the wait. To accommodate the inconvenience, she allowed us to check in before 3. That was FANTABULOUS customer service!

Bathrooms had hairs all over the place. Hairs in the sheets and on several towels. I had to use a towel to ensure I didn’t get stuff in the bed. Not the cleanest place for sure. Wouldn’t recommend a stay to others.

We checked in. The room was clean, but it wasn't welcoming. It was a cold ambiance. At midnight people tried to enter our room. The front desk had assigned another group to our room. After finding out it was occupied, the girl at the front desk came back insisting no one was supposed to be there. She made my husband get dressed go to the front counter & prove we were there legally. We packed our bags & checked out immediately. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman then on duty at the front counter was extremely apologetic & worked to get our entire stay refunded. He was exceptionally kind & gracious. His name began with L.

Harassed by staff and management because they thought I didn’t pay for a second night. Showed them the confirmation email and they still didn’t back down. Crazy. They threatened to throw me off the property, all because they are too incompetent to know how to use their own software system. I ended up leaving, and 15 minutes later I received a “reservation cancellation” email, so I guess they finally found it. I hope they see this one day, and if they do, don’t forget you work at a La Quinta…

You can hear people in rooms next to you. Also the hallways are very loud. Heard kids yelling and screaming at midnight like they were right outside the door. Kinda of annoying when you need sleep for an early morning flight.
